This page describes how your data is deleted in Tradebook: Trading Lessons (developer: Petros Liapis), as distributed on Google Play and the App Store.
The app has no account registration: we never ask for an email, password or identity details. It uses anonymous authentication, meaning a random anonymous identifier created on your device. Deletion therefore applies to the data of this device and your anonymous session.
1. Open the app and go to Profile.
2. Tap "Delete account".
3. Confirm twice: "Continue" and then "Yes, delete".
Deletion is executed immediately and is irreversible.
If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request to support@tradebookapp.net. Because of the anonymous model, identification happens through your device (GDPR Art. 11), so we may ask for information that helps locate your anonymous record.
Deletion immediately erases every record tied to your anonymous identifier on our servers:
1. Your profile (nickname and display details).
2. Lesson progress and experience points (XP).
3. Your streak and its entire history.
4. Push notification subscriptions.
5. Your question answer history.
6. Your lesson resume point.
7. The anonymous account itself (the anonymous identifier).
All local device data is also wiped, including your recorded consent choices.
Purchase receipts and subscription records are processed by the third-party providers RevenueCat, Google Play and App Store for billing, accounting and legal compliance. As our Privacy Policy states, these providers apply their own independent data retention policies. This data does not contain your name or identity details, only the anonymous identifier and purchase information.
We keep no copy of your data after deletion.
For the full picture of data processing, see the Privacy Policy.
