By downloading, installing, or using the Tradebook app you fully accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app.
1. Tradebook is a purely educational app. All lessons, charts, prices, and scenarios are hypothetical and illustrative — they are not real market data, are not connected to any brokerage service, and do not facilitate any real transaction.
2. The content is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor a solicitation, recommendation, or encouragement to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
3. Trading carries high risk and can lead to a total loss of your capital. Before making any decision, consult a licensed professional. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
The app’s content (lessons, examples, scenarios) is educational and does not constitute an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.
Trading (transacting in financial markets) carries a significant risk of capital loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The app makes no promise or prediction regarding the possible outcomes of any investment decision.
Use of Tradebook is permitted only to adults aged 18 and over. By using the app you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Tradebook grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Tradebook app solely for personal educational use, in accordance with these Terms of Use. The following are prohibited:
— copying, modifying, or distributing the app or any part of it;
— reverse engineering or decompilation;
— commercial exploitation of the content without express written permission.
a) Original content. All content of the Tradebook app (question texts, explanations, charts, illustrations, exercises, code, educational material) is the original work of the Provider or is licensed, and is protected by intellectual-property law.
b) General industry knowledge. The concepts, methods and analysis techniques taught (e.g. market structure, support/resistance, liquidity, smart money concepts) are widely known, publicly available knowledge of the markets industry and are not the property of any third party. Tradebook presents this knowledge through its own original wording, structure and visual material.
c) No affiliation or endorsement. Tradebook is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any trader, educator, platform or organization. Any industry terminology is used descriptively. Third-party trademarks (Apple, Google, etc.) belong to their respective owners.
d) Intellectual-property complaints. If you believe that content in the app infringes your intellectual-property rights, contact support@tradebookapp.net providing: identification of the allegedly infringed work, the exact location within the app, and your contact details. We review every report in good faith and remove or modify the content where required.
The app does not include user-generated content. There are no chats, comments, posts, sharing, or any other form of interaction between users. You do not see content from other users, and no other user sees yours.
The nickname you choose (default “Trader”) is stored locally on your device, is visible only to you, and is not sent to our servers. It is checked locally so that it does not contain abusive or obscene wording.
Leaderboards show your own score alongside virtual in-app characters (Berry's Crew). These characters carry a visible marker, are not real users, and do not correspond to real people.
We reserve the right to terminate access in case of a breach of these Terms. For any question about the app, contact support@tradebookapp.net.
Certain features of Tradebook require an active subscription. The available options are: a monthly subscription (single path), a monthly subscription (full access) and an annual subscription (full access). All subscriptions renew automatically.
Subscription prices are set per country and per platform. The final price you will be charged, including all taxes, is shown in the App Store or Play Store before you confirm the purchase, and that price is the one that applies. Prices may vary between countries and platforms due to taxes, exchange rates and store policies, and they may change. If a price changes, the store will notify you before your next renewal.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it. You can cancel at any time, before or after the renewal date, free of charge and without penalty, through the subscription settings of the App Store (Apple) or the Play Store (Google), depending on your platform. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Cancellation within the app is not possible. Fees for partial use of a subscription period are not refunded, unless applicable law or the policies of the store provide otherwise.
Purchases are made through the App Store or the Play Store, which act as the sellers for the transaction. Charges are made to your App Store or Play Store account upon confirmation of purchase, and the terms of the respective store also apply to the purchase.
Tradebook is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the Provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including any decision made based on educational content.
These Terms of Use are governed by the law of Switzerland (Zürich). Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of Zürich, except:
If the user is a consumer residing in the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence that cannot be overridden by a contractual clause remain in force. This choice of governing law does not deprive such a consumer of the rights afforded by the national law of their country of residence.
This section applies only to users residing in the United States and does not apply to users outside the US. If you reside in the US, you agree that any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, waiving the right to a class action and a jury trial.
You may opt out of arbitration by sending an email within 30 days of first accepting these Terms to support@tradebookapp.net. You always retain the right to bring a claim in small-claims court for disputes within its jurisdiction.
These Terms of Use are provided in Greek and English. In the event of any divergence or conflict between the two versions, the English text prevails, unless a mandatory provision of the law of your country of residence requires the local language.
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. In the event of material changes, you will be notified through the app. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
